Belfast office take-up and rents lift

Total office requirements in Belfast stand at around 500,000 sq ft and take up has continued to lift above the five-year average while there is just 175,000 sq ft of Grade A supply in the city centre, reports Lambert Smith Hampton in its latest third quarter results.

According to LSH, which has established a significant agency presence in the city with the acquisition of BTW Shiells, take up for the year totalled 284,000 sq ft by the end of the third quarter.
