Global real estate advisor Avison Young has announced the appointment of Julien Kenny-Levick as a director in its industrial team.
Kenny-Levick will lead the firm’s industrial team in Manchester, working alongside Simon Hampson, who is also a director, and Jack Rodgers, a senior surveyor, both of whom operate across transactional, consultancy and development roles.
He joins the company after eight years at Roger Hannah, where he led the agency team across all aspects of industrial. Before that he Kenny-Levick spent more than 12 years at Colliers as a director and head of industrial and logistics in the North West, advising clients on major acquisitions and disposals.
At Avison Young he will oversee acquisitions, disposals and lease advisory in the industrial sector, focusing on "accelerating the growth of Avison Young’s industrial offering and supporting key regional projects, including development sites for GLP Europe and key logistics facilities for Greater Manchester Pension Fund", the firm said.
