Mignon Richard, a fourth-generation New Orleanian and commercial property broker who returned to her hometown just before the coronavirus pandemic started last year, said the Crescent City will rebound after taking a hard hit this week when Hurricane Ida slammed into the Louisiana coast on Sunday.
