Hillwood, the developer of a 27,000-acre, master-planned, mixed-use business park known as AllianceTexas, is getting ready to begin the park's next two speculative industrial projects totaling nearly 1.7 million square feet in the nation's fourth-largest metropolitan area at a time when the region has the biggest pipeline of industrial development in the United States.
