Montessori School Tenant Purchases Two California Office Properties

EnGrace Montessori School, a California-based childhood education organization, purchased Dutra Plaza, a two-building office park in Pleasanton for $6.75 million, or about $159 per square foot. EnGrace — which occupied one of the two buildings purchased at the time of sale — bought the properties from the Fremont-based developer Dutra Enterprises.
