Balfour Beatty Communities, a Pennsylvania-based residential real estate investment and management firm, acquired Clemson Village, a 96-unit, 288-bed student housing community catering to Clemson University students in Clemson, South Carolina, from Blue Vista for $26 million, or approximately $270,833 per unit.
