Jon Hunt launches 5 St James’s Square

Ex-Foxtons’ founder Jon Hunt, now boss of Ocubis, has launched the refurbished 5 St James’s Square, to the market, which will provide 16,000 sq ft of office space.

A spokesman for Ocubis Ltd said: “Originally built in 1751, 5 St James’s Square is a Georgian mansion that has been meticulously refurbished to include the highest possible specification for modern office occupiers and is set to become the pre-eminent self-contained period office building in London’s premier address.
