Jacobs set to be first of HS2-inspired tenants to move for Brum space

US engineering firm Jacobs Engineering has gone under offer on 20,000 sq ft of offices at Nurton’s 2 Colmore Square in the heart of Birmingham’s business district, CoStar News can reveal.

The deal would see Jacobs become the first engineering company to sign for Birmingham's Colmore District in the wake of HS2’s decision to base its 100,000 sq ft headquarters there last year.
