NorthPoint Development, a Kansas City-based commercial real estate firm ranked as one of the largest industrial real estate developers in the U.S., has closed on its latest acquisition in South Carolina with the purchase of Airport Commerce Center, a fully leased, three-building industrial park in North Charleston.
