Arnold Companies, an established real estate developer based in Columbia, South Carolina, led by Ben Arnold, acquired Halcyon at Cross Creek, a 152-unit multifamily complex at 1200 Halcyon Circle in Greer, South Carolina, from Blaze Capital Partners as the upleg in Arnold Companies' 1031 exchange. The downleg transaction was not disclosed.
