Trends over previous 12 months show intact robust pricing for newer facilities

Since 2020, the inventory of Montreal’s logistics property sector has expanded by 12.5%, adding more than 33 million square feet of new space to the market in a move that's materially altered the composition of the region’s industrial stock.
