Countrywide recommits to Helical's Manchester office makeover

Countrywide has recommitted to occupying 24,578 sq ft of offices at the Churchgate & Lee Buildings on Manchester's Oxford Street for another seven years following Helical Bar's recent acquisition of the Grade II listed block.

Churchgate & Lee House provide a combined 250,000 sq ft of office accommodation with available suites ranging from 5,000 sq ft up to 20,000 sq ft at rents between £14.50 and £16.50 per sq ft.
