Colliers has brought on Dustin Ballard as the company’s new managing director and brokerage market leader for South Florida.
Ballard will oversee all brokerage operations, recruitment and retention, as well as business development for Colliers' Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton offices at the Peninsula Executive Center and West Palm Beach offices. Ballard will report to the company’s U.S. director for industrial services and Florida executive managing director Stephanie Rodriguez.
Ballard is based in West Palm Beach, according to his LinkedIn page. He plans to spend time across each of the company's four offices in the region.
Ballard joins Colliers with 15 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors in markets across the country, including South Florida, Nashville, Los Angeles and Silicon Valley.
Previously, Ballard served as the president and head of leasing at Miami-based real estate investment firm Tricera Capital, where he helped develop the company’s institutional leasing platform.
