Sentre, a real estate investment firm based in San Diego, has purchased a 163,690-square-foot industrial warehouse for nearly $28.3 million — or about $173 per square foot — in a move to expand its investment portfolio. Sentre acquired property in a sale-leaseback deal with the Chicago-headquartered printing company R. R. Donnelley & Sons, which will remain in the property thanks to a 10-year lease.
