A private investor operating as 69 Church Realty acquired a 10,775-square-foot industrial warehouse at 2480 Butler Place in the New York City borough of the Bronx from Schur Management Co. and 4 Seas Realty for $3.5 million, or $324.83 per square foot, CoStar confirmed.
