RL Cold has broken ground on a 292,000-square-foot industrial building in Lakeville, Minnesota. The site is part of the Airlake Industrial Park and will help meet cold storage demands for the Minneapolis area. The location was chosen for its proximity to Interstate 35 and Minneapolis. There is also an option for expansion.
