Bell Canada, one of Canada’s largest telecommunications providers, leased a suite measuring just under 20,000 square feet at 99 Boul Du Curé-Labelle, a 36,734-square-foot flex building in Sainte Thérèse, Quebec, an area north of Montreal that continues to gain traction as a secondary industrial submarket as firms look beyond core urban nodes for cost-effective and flexible space options.
