Howard Hughes Names Foggie to Board
A nationwide developer, manager and owner of commercial, residential, mixed-use and master-planned real estate has added a licensed architect with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to its board.
The Howard Hughes Corp. appointed Linda Foggie as a director, effective immediately.
Foggie is the managing director and global head of real estate operations for Citi Realty Services in New York, where she oversees operations of Citi's portfolio of occupied real estate spanning 90 countries and also handles all design, construction, facilities management, sustainability and operational governance for its data centers and workplaces.
Before joining Citi, Foggie served as an executive vice president at Turner & Townsend, where she specialized in managing complex building, engineering and real estate projects across its global portfolio, sat on its board and drove numerous diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the firm. Before that, she worked in national design and construction at Wells Fargo.
"Linda's experience creating spaces that define and deliver the best customer experience, along with her focus on the future of work — both the physical environment and the human experience — will help propel HHC as we build the communities where people want to work and live," Howard Hughes CEO David R. O'Reilly said in a statement announcing the move.
Foggie also serves on the board at Commercial Real Estate Women New York, ACE Mentors and Non-traditional Employment for Women and previously served on the boards of the YMCA of Greater New York and the Boy Scouts of America.
