Workspace gets a break with Biscuit Factory consent

Workspace Group has gained planning permission for its proposed 1m sq ft-plus residential and business village on the site of its Biscuit Factory scheme at the former Peek Freans factory, Clements Road, London SE16.

The redevelopment will provide 270,000 sq ft of retained business space and 60,000 sq ft of new business accommodation as well as 800 new residential units at the Tower Bridge Business Complex.
