Crest Nicholson and Aviva Investors have announced that Ark Data Centres, a provider of purpose-built data campuses, has unconditionally acquired a 10-acre site at Longcross Park in Surrey. Ark will develop, deliver and manage a purpose-built data centre campus, totalling 385,000 sq ft of world class data centres space. Outline planning consent is in place on the site.
