Knotel co-founder Amol Sarva criticized the company's planned new owner, Newmark Group, on social media, accusing the brokerage of driving the coworking firm to bankruptcy and then being the beneficiaries of the process before hiring executives that once worked for Knotel's arch rival WeWork to replace him.
