SEGRO's £204.5m industrial portfolio sale to Halbert repays £82m in debt

SEGRO, the European-focussed industrial UK REIT, has closed the disposal of four-strong portfolio non-core UK industrial estates for £204.5m to Harbert European Real Estate Fund III, reflecting a 2.9% discount and triggering the repayment of £82m in secured debt.

HEREF III, Harbert Management Corporation’s current European real estate fund in which it co-invests, acquired Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale, Trafford Park in Manchester and Kings Norton Business Centre and Meteor Park in Birmingham.
