Positive Investments, a diversified real estate investment and property management company based in Los Angeles, along with joint-venture partner The Hankey Group, has acquired three apartment complexes located in Los Angeles and Orange counties for $83 million, or about $232,000 per unit, from a private trust associated with Whelan Investments.
