Fausto Commercial Real Estate, a Miami-based brokerage and investment firm, has expanded to Northeast Florida with a new office in downtown Jacksonville.
The office at 25 N. Market St. is being led by Aria Fleming. Fleming specializes in high-potential commercial listings, bringing over 10 years of experience to the company. Fleming began her career in Miami with Douglas Elliman and previously worked with Compass Real Estate prior to joining Fausto Commercial in 2025.
Fausto Commercial is currently in the process of hiring and recruiting new agents, Carlos Fausto Miranda, the company's CEO and founder, told CoStar News in an email.
In an earlier statement from the firm, the company said that the expansion reflects its focus on high-demand urban markets across Florida, and cited Jacksonville’s growing population, business environment and commercial real estate opportunities as factors driving the decision. The office is Fausto Commercial's third location, with two other sites in Miami and Broward County.
“We absolutely love Jacksonville for the alternative value proposition it provides to South Florida,” said Fausto Miranda in the statement.
Founded on the banks of the St. Johns River in 1822, Jacksonville is home to over 1 million residents. As a result of the Jacksonville and Duval County government’s consolidation in 1968, the city claims to be the largest in the continental United States, according to its website.
“Jacksonville provides all of the lifestyle and climate amenities of the region, the loose regulatory environment and no income taxes of Florida. It also has a beautiful physical backdrop and small-city comfort that’s seasoned with Southern charm," added Fausto Miranda in the statement.
Launched in 2012, Fausto Commercial has completed more than $4.8 billion in commercial real estate transactions across multifamily, retail, industrial and development assets throughout Florida.
