Seattle’s Traditional Office Core Continues To Face Challenges

In the decade prior to the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, the tri-county region, which consists of King, Pierce and Snohomish counties, saw office demand soar. By the end of that period, the area had about 34 million more square feet of occupied office space than when the decade started. That represents an increase of about 20%.
