Amazon is breaking ground this week for its new air cargo hub just south of Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport in Hebron, Kentucky, part of an effort by the retail giant to speed delivery to customers and dominate air shipping in the backyard of two major competitors, United Parcel Service and DHL Worldwide.
