Cowell decides Tolworth Tower has not got the X-Factor

South London’s landmark Tolworth Tower has come back to market after a syndicate headed by entrepreneur Nicholas Cowell dropped plans to buy the building out of administration, CoStar News can reveal.

BDO acting as administrator on behalf of Stevenor Investments, a subsidiary of Targetfollow, appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to sell the Richard Seifert-designed building last year, attaching a guide price in excess of £40m.
