Liverpool's Contemporary Urban Centre comes to market

National charity People Can, formerly Novas Scarman, has appointed Mason Owen to sell the mixed-use 170,000 sq ft Contemporary Urban Centre, 41-51 Greenland Street in Liverpool.

The Grade II-listed renovated Victorian warehouse in the Baltic Triangle district of the city was bought and refurbished by Novas in 2000 from previous owner, stationery company Shawcross & Dickinson.
