Specialized food carton and packaging manufacturer Elopak announced plans to build its first production plant in the U.S. in Little Rock, Arkansas. The new manufacturing plant, which will produce Pure-Pak cartons for liquid dairy, juices, plant-based products and liquid eggs, is expected to start production in the first quarter of 2025.
