Just before the curtain came down on 2019, Xenia Hotels & Resorts completed its acquisition of the newly-built Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center for $190 million, or approximately $317,000 per key, capping off a busy year that saw the hospitality real estate investment trust make a number of moves to revamp its portfolio.
