Oxygen buys London Fire Brigade HQ

Oxygen Asset Management in a joint venture with South African clients has bought the London Fire Brigade’s headquarters at 169 Union Street in London’s Southwark, SE1 for around £50m, CoStar News can reveal.

The 1905-built four-storey former Post Office sorting office comprises 117,392 sq ft of offices let to the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority for a term of 17 years from March 2010 without a break.
