GPE portfolio up on rental growth and Hanover Sq consent

Great Portland Estates has announced a portfolio valuation rise of 3.8%, or £58.4m, to £1.7bn, driven by rental growth, sustained investor demand and significant development consents.

A final dividend of £15.8m reduced the NAV by five pence per share, while adjusted net assets per share increased by 4.2% to 375p.
