German investor Deka Immobilien has sold its compatriot AM Alpha a portfolio comprising two office buildings in Bordeaux and Boulogne-Billancourt respectively, as well as 7,200 square metres of retail space in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, in an offmarket deal.
