Ian Coull spends £50,000 on Galliford Try shares

Ian Coull, the outgoing Segro chief executive, has prepared for his upcoming role as chairman of Galliford Try by spending close to £50,000 on shares in the construction firm.

In a stock market announcement Galliford Try said that Coull, who officially joins the company on 1 July, had taken 10,000 shares at 497.75 p per share.
