A manufacturer of private-label mattresses that attracted investment from mattress heavyweight Tempur Sealy before the pandemic has signed a long-term lease for a new build-to-suit manufacturing facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth region to house its Southwestern U.S. plant operations.
