Transaction to Include Sale of 50% Stake in Scotia Plaza for $750 Million

Dream Office REIT (D.UN-TSX) has entered into an agreement to sell office properties for $1.7 billion, including its 50% interest in Scotia Plaza, as well as 100 Yonge Street, to the existing co-owners, KingSett Capital and Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo).
