Restaurateurs in Washington state got a foretaste of what reopening could be like as Gov. Jay Inslee eases restrictions on public life put in place at the start of the coronavirus pandemic. The process comes with a long list of do's and dont's that include maintaining a detailed log of guests for at least a month, single-use menus and lots of hand sanitizer stations.
