Western Hospitality Group acquired The Metric, a 28-key midscale boutique hotel at 285 Lucas Ave. in Los Angeles, for $9.25 million, or about $330,360 per key — the highest per-room price recorded among hotel transactions in Los Angeles' central business district in the past 12 months. The area's trailing average price was roughly $116,000 per room.
