Yogun Fruz Investor Diversifies Business In Acquisition of Promenade Shopping Centre

Promenade General Partner Inc., a family owned firm, acquired the 900,000-square-foot Promenade Shopping Centre located on 50 acres of land for $249 million, or 353.51 per square-foot. The property delivered in 1986 at 1 Promenade Circle in Vaughan, Ontario, also known as the Thornhill neighbourhood. Prior to the transaction, Cadillac Fairview invested approximately $45 million in renovations. The mall is anchored by tenants such as Sears, T&T Supermarket, Sport Chek, Old Navy, H&M and Imagine Cinemas.
