Ethiopian Evangelical Church, a predominantly Ethiopian and Eritrean born-again Christian congregation located in Toronto, acquired a two-storey office building at 555 Ellesmere Road in Toronto from ABM College for $14 million, or $369 per square foot, in a sale-leaseback transaction.
