Local Investor Sells Econo Lodge for $7.45 Million

Six Star Liquor, an investment firm headquartered in Riverside, California, purchased a 120-room hotel in Salt Lake City from a private local investor. Econo Lodge sold for $7.45 million, or about $62,000 per room.
