Fisher German raises £55,000 for charity
Fisher German partner Stuart Flint has praised staff for their efforts in raising more than £55,000 for a slew of charities to mark the firm's 25th anniversary, having set an initial goal of £25,000.
Travelling on horseback, roller skates and paddleboards, as well as in boats and canoes, staff took part in a 2,400-mile relay visiting each of the firm's 25 offices earlier which started in May and finished last month.
Staff had collected £30,123 by the time they completed the final leg at the firm's London offices at Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, in the City. The company then donated an additional £25,000 to the pot.
Flint said in a statement: "Nobody gave up because we knew we were raising funds for charities who carry out such fantastic work in the communities where our 25 offices are based."
