Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT II, Inc., an El Segundo, CA-based non-traded REIT focused primarily on single tenant assets, has acquired the Colonnade Office Towers at 3535 Colonnade Pky. in Birmingham, AL from a subsidiary of Zurich Alternate Asset Management for $132 million, or roughly $197 per square foot.
