Gerald Eve Keeps Growing With Raft of Promotions and Hires

National UK property consultancy Gerald Eve has announced a raft of senior promotions and appointments across its business.
 
There have been 36 hires since the start of the final quarter of 2022, including three associates in Glasgow. Kevin Kelly joins to focus on business rates, bringing 15 years’ surveying experience at Central Scotland Assessors; Mark Presley joins the valuation team bringing 17 years’ experience in valuation, lease consultancy and rating having worked for Donaldsons, DTZ, CoStar and the Glasgow Valuation Office; and Eric Burnside will be supporting Gerald Eve’s transactional agency offering, bringing his experience from senior banking and finance roles including RBS and, most recently, Mountview Capital.
