Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV, a REIT co-sponsored by American Healthcare Investors and Griffin Capital Corp., acquired the Auburn Medical Building at 3200 Bell Rd. in Auburn, CA for $5.45 million, or about $289 per square foot.
