Crescent Sky Capital Pays $15.7 Million for Seminole Trails

New York-based asset management firm Crescent Sky Capital paid nearly $15.73 million, or about $61,000 per unit, to acquire the Seminole Trails apartments at 205 White Drive in Tallahassee, Florida, from Raith Capital Partners in New York.
