Sendero Capital, a privately held real estate investment, development and advisory firm based in Boston which has been one of the most active healthcare real estate investors over the past several years, and and TPG Angelo Gordon & Co., a credit and real estate investing platform within global alternative asset manager TPG, purchased 200 Unicorn Park, a 76,701-square-foot, medical office building in the Boston suburb of Woburn.
