Bayview Development Group, a San Jose, CA-based real estate development and investment firm and affiliate of Beijing, China-based, large-scale mixed-use developer Beijing Damei Investment Co., has acquired the office building at 3689 Kifer Rd. in Santa Clara, CA as well as an adjacent 1.56-acre site for $89.5 million.
