ForeView, the adviser set up by quartet of rating agency specialists in 2023, has appointed two "rising stars" in the rating world to take the company headcount to 24.
Associate surveyors Cameron MacInnes and Micky McMullan are joining from CBRE and BNP Paribas Real Estate. ForeView said the recruits reinforce its position as a rising force in the UK property advisory sector.
It added that the two join with outstanding reputations and proven track records in business rates advisory, saying their expertise will play a pivotal role in "enhancing ForeView’s service offering and delivering exceptional value to clients".
In addition to the senior appointments, ForeView has appointed Courtney Tzaczuk into the rates management team, strengthening its capabilities in managing and authorising rates bills for clients alongside budgetary advice.
The company has also recruited four graduates into its surveying and sales teams – Elodie Farrell, George Duthie, Thomas Deacon and Ned Pollock.
Edward Searle, co-founder, speaking on behalf of ForeView, said in a statement: "We’re thrilled to welcome Cameron and Micky, whose experience and professionalism will be invaluable as we continue to grow. Courtney’s addition to our rates team and the energy brought by our new graduates mark an exciting next phase in our growth plans at ForeView. In a short space of time, we've built the leading business rates advisory team in the market; a team that is not only highly skilled but also passionate about delivering results for our clients."
ForeView said it remains focused on expanding its capabilities and delivering innovative, client-focused business rates advice across all property classes.
