Fannie Mae Finds Buyer for D.C. Headquarters

Roadside Development, NASH Eye Conversion of 228,000-SF Office Bldg. to Retail

Slightly more than a year after putting its headquarters building on the market, mortgage finance giant Fannie Mae (NYSE: FNMA) has sold its 228,000-square-foot, four-story corporate office building at 3900 Wisconsin Ave. NW in Washington, D.C. to a joint venture comprised of local developer Roadside Development and North America Sekisui House (NASH).
